30-Day Return & Exchange Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on most of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Note: Returns for defective products, shipping errors, or other issues caused by us are fully covered.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:
- Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@mupoer.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
- Approval: We will assess your request and determine if it meets our return criteria. If approved, you can proceed with returning the product.

4. Refund or Exchange: Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange if requested.
Refunds:
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- If the product was purchased during a promotion or with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges:
- Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
- For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Non-Returnable Items:
