30-Day Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy on most of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges:

  • Products must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Note: Returns for defective products, shipping errors, or other issues caused by us are fully covered.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support team at support@mupoer.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. Approval: We will assess your request and determine if it meets our return criteria. If approved, you can proceed with returning the product.
  3. Return the Product: Once your return is approved, send the product back in the original packaging to the following address:

    Please ensure the product is securely packed to avoid any damage during shipping.

      4. Refund or Exchange: Once the product is returned and inspected, we will process a refund to the original payment method or issue an exchange if requested.

Refunds:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except when the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
  • If the product was purchased during a promotion or with free shipping, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges:

  • Defective or Incorrect Products: If the product is defective or incorrect, we will offer a replacement or exchange at no additional cost to you.
  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Clearance or Final Sale Items: All clearance items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
  • Opened/Used Products: Products that have been used or opened are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are defective.
  • Personalized or Customized Products: Items that have been personalized or customized cannot be returned or exchanged.

Additional Terms:

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the product shows signs of excessive use, damage, or is not in the original condition.
  • For exchanges, if the requested replacement is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.
